Our Landmark mixed-development project for Yoma Land is poised to bring the Marriott brand of hospitality to Myanmar. Marriott International have penned an agreement with Yoma Land to feature a Westin brand hotel as part of the Yoma Integrated/Landmark mixed-development project.

Marriott International’s Westin brand, a world leader in wellness-oriented hospitality will have a 281-room hotel as well as serviced apartments. With no prior presence in Myanmar, the agreement is considered a milestone for Marriott in South Asia. This represents another positive step towards the realisation of Yoma Central in Yangon, a groundbreaking development for the region with a floor space of approximately 2.44 million square feet. We look forward towards the completion of this aspirational project over the next couple of years and other milestones that will be surpassed along the way.
